Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an Electrical Wirer (M/F) for our site in Coulommiers.
Reporting to the Production Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the electrical wiring and pneumatic assembly of the machines.
Your duties:
- Anticipate material requirements and submit requests to the warehouse
- Check and validate the conformity of prepared materials
- Perform electrical and pneumatic wiring according to provided schematics
- Verify the conformity of completed wiring and report any anomalies to the wiring supervisor
- Ensure compliance with organizational, safety, tidiness, and cleanliness standards in the workspace
Candidate Profile
- You hold a vocational diploma (Bac Pro) or a technical degree (BTS) in electrical engineering or electrotechnics
- You have proven initial experience in industrial wiring
- You have a solid understanding of electrical schematics and blueprint reading
- You demonstrate professional curiosity and a willingness to develop skills beyond your immediate role by training in other areas, such as electromechanics.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
Working hours:
TECMA ARIES places great importance on offering flexible working hours to help employees balance their professional and personal lives. Our standard work week is 37 hours, with scheduling that adapts to the needs and constraints of our industrial operations.
Mobility / Business travel:
The role involves occasional travel to international client sites and various Group locations, depending on project requirements.
Compensation:
Your compensation package consists of a base salary (based on a 35-hour week) ranging from €24,000 to €28,000 gross per year, paid over 13 months, depending on your qualifications and experience.
In addition to this base salary, the package includes:
- Fixed compensation for weekly overtime hours (paid at a 25% premium, given the standard 37-hour work cycle)
- A variable component featuring attractive travel allowances designed to reward employees on off-site assignments, along with favorable travel conditions
- Fixed role-specific supplements (e.g., allowance for changing into work gear)
